Freedom is mine!
Mar. 4th, 2005 09:43 amSo, I think that I have finally made it to the end of my database projects. The latest updates have been installed for all clients, which should finish the work for most of them. There will probably still be some troubleshooting; the likely diagnosis: PEBKAC (problem exists between keyboard and chair) and the Less Evil Timeshare people will probably continue to make changes on a weekly basis (although the huge bill that was sent out this week might slow their enthusiasm a bit). Whatever they decide, it will be more manageable when they are the only project going, rather than having to juggle several demanding clients at once.
There won't be work at the call centre until the 15th, so I've got some free time for the first time since November!!! I'm so excited!
Here are my exciting plans for the next week:
1. Read
2. Clean apartment
3. Work on volunteer project (a database, of course)
4. Catch up on sadly neglected tv shows
5. Catch up on sadly neglected friends list
6. Read
7. Rediscover the concept of fresh air
8. Brush sadly neglected cat
9. Work on generic scheduling software project
10. Read
11. Go to movie(s) with sadly neglected Pookie
12. Read
13. Spam lj
It's a tough schedule, but I think I can handle it.
