I had to wait a couple of days before I wrote about this one.

It's taken me that long to recover from the cuteness.

I loved this episode. It was the kind of show that made you squeal and laugh and make snarky comments to the tv as you watched.

Really, that's all I can ask of any show.

Clark was absolutely adorable. He was so bashful and blushing and awkward. How sweet. I especially liked how he didn't seem to know where to put his hands when he had half-naked-pyscho-chick writhing on his lap. So. Gay.

And I'm assuming that we don't ever get to see a lot of shots of Papa Kent walking up and down the stairs or otherwise physically exerting himself. I imagine the the large stick up his butt whould make such movement impossible.

And Chloe! I love Chloe. Yes, I know what is in store for her at the end of the season, but I really hope it's not a permanent condition. I also liked the blouse she was wearing during the field trip.

I didn't really take the pyscho chick seriously until I saw how scared her parents were. Very creepy. And the lead paint Achilles Heel was a deliciously cheesy touch.

What the hell is going on with Lionel and creepy stalker dude? I obviously missed something important. But seriously, Adam? Worst. Spy. Ever. Aren't spies supposed to have advanced training that will allow them to separate any woman from her blouse with just a few well-worded sentences and smouldering looks? Lionel really missed the boat on this one.

And we need more Lex. Much more Lex. In every episode, mmmkay?

At least we got that lovely scene with Clark. Poor Lex. He was so jealous. But really Lex, there's such a thing as playing it cool and such a thing as playing it too cool. Couldn't you see that all that poor Clarkie wanted was to be swept up in your arms and for you to make the bad lady go away? Nooooo, you have to go and be helpful to Lana instead. This did make for some bearable Lana scenes (Lex is truly a magical being), but Lex, come on!

So. Damn. Funny.

That boy really should be locked up somewhere. He's so cute that he's a menace.

Get thee to a television, stat.

Not nearly enough Lex, but Clark was just too adorable for words.

I know!

It's like he had the sudden realization that girls just might have some potential.

But honestly, too cute to be real.

MeOW!!! Lex oh Lex. Glad you posted on this and I watched this today. Really needed something like this.

Lex: I'm saying I've been there, Clark. i.e. You led me on, too, Clark!

The whole episode was a lot of fun, even the Lana was bearable. And the crazy blonde chick has a lot of charisma.

I think that Lex is waaaay too subtle for the likes of Clark.

I didn't really buy blond chick as a high school student, but the actress did a good job trying to pull it off.

Yes. *sigh* Clark's not very good at reading between the lines. I have no idea how this boy is going to survive in Metropolis. He's not Atticus Finch, he's Longfellow Deeds.

I noticed that in the scene with Allison Mack, she looked like she couldn't be a HS student. I agree. She did a good job. She got to play a fun villain, too. Damn, who wouldn't want to be her in that scene at the Talon with Lana.
