Dear Dumbass:
Thank you for bringing the latest database issue to my attention. You may be interested to know that the reports have been set up to your precise specifications. As a result of this, the "Listing Sales" report will only show records that have a result of "Listing" entered. The "Pending Listings" report will display those records with a result of "Pending". I believe that I have explained this in writing on several occasions.
While I do enjoy reading your lengthy stream of consciousness emails, the simple fact remains that the reports have been set up to calculate specific results. Making up new categories without informing me will not magically make these records appear on the existing reports. I'm good, but I am not psychic.
