Reports from all observation stations indicate that the floodgates are finally closing, slowing the pouring stream of snot to a mere sluggish trickle.

Subject still appears cranky and unduly bitchy, but careful examination of independent studies and other corroborating evidence support the conclusion that this is a normal behavioural baseline.
